Mesothelioma Lawyer Files Talc Lawsuit Against Johnson & Johnson

J&J has resubmitted its motion to dismiss the lawsuits to a different bankruptcy court. A hearing has been scheduled for June to determine whether the lawsuits against J&J will be allowed to proceed.
